And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two otot, neither pay heed unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the mayim of the Nile, and pour it upon the yabashah (dry land); and the mayim which thou takest out of the Nile shall become dahm upon the yabashah.

But if they do not believe these two signs or listen to you, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. The water you take from the river will become blood(A) on the ground.”

11 The Lord said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute?(C) Who gives them sight or makes them blind?(D) Is it not I, the Lord?
