36 And when the Anan was taken up from over the Mishkan, the Bnei Yisroel went onward in all their journeys;
37 But if the Anan were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
38 For the Anan Hashem was upon the Mishkan by day, and Eish was on it by night, in the sight of all the Bais Yisroel, throughout all their journeys. T.N. 36 In all the travels of the Israelites, whenever the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle, they would set out;(A) 37 but if the cloud did not lift, they did not set out—until the day it lifted. 38 So the cloud(B) of the Lord was over the tabernacle by day, and fire was in the cloud by night, in the sight of all the Israelites during all their travels.
