For the [a](A)overseer must be beyond reproach as (B)God’s steward, not (C)self-willed, not quick-tempered, not (D)overindulging in wine, not [b]a bully, (E)not greedy for money, but (F)hospitable, (G)loving what is good, self-controlled, righteous, holy, disciplined, (H)holding firmly the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to [c]exhort in (I)sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict it.
