4 so that they may instruct the young women to be sober-minded, to love their husbands, love their children,
5 to be temperate, chaste, homemakers, good, subject to their own husbands (so that the word of God is not blasphemed).
6 Exhort young men likewise, so that they are sober-minded.

4 Then they can urge the younger women(A) to love their husbands and children, 5 to be self-controlled(B) and pure, to be busy at home,(C) to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands,(D) so that no one will malign the word of God.(E)
6 Similarly, encourage the young men(F) to be self-controlled.(G)
