Yeshayah 33:3-5

3 At the noise of the tumult the peoples fled; at the lifting up of Thyself the Goyim were scattered.

4 And your shalal (booty, plunder, gain) shall be gathered like the gathering of the locusts; as the swarm of grasshoppers shall men pounce upon them.

5 Hashem is exalted; for He dwelleth on high; He hath filled Tziyon with mishpat and tzedakah.

New International Version

3 At the uproar of your army,(A) the peoples flee;(B)
    when you rise up,(C) the nations scatter.
4 Your plunder,(D) O nations, is harvested(E) as by young locusts;(F)
    like a swarm of locusts people pounce on it.

5 The Lord is exalted,(G) for he dwells on high;(H)
    he will fill Zion with his justice(I) and righteousness.(J)
