Endagaano Enkadde nʼEndagaano Empya

Zabbuli ya Dawudi.

101 (A)Nnaayimbanga ku kwagala kwo n’obutuukirivu bwo;
    nnaayimbiranga ggwe, Ayi Mukama.
2 Nneegenderezanga, mu bulamu bwange ne nkola eby’obutuukirivu,
    naye olijja ddi gye ndi?

Nnaabeeranga mu nnyumba yange
    nga siriiko kya kunenyezebwa.
3 (B)Sijjanga kwereetereza kintu
    kyonna ekibi.

Nkyayira ddala ebikolwa by’abo abava mu kkubo lyo;
    sijjanga kubyeteekako.
4 (C)Sijjanga kuba mukuusa;
    ekibi nnaakyewaliranga ddala.

5 (D)Oyo alyolyoma muliraanwa we mu kyama,
    nnaamuzikiririzanga ddala; amaaso ag’amalala n’omutima ogw’amalala
    sijja kubigumiikirizanga.

6 (E)Abeesigwa abali mu nsi yaffe nnaabasanyukiranga,
    balyoke babeerenga nange;
akola eby’obutuukirivu
    y’anamperezanga.

7 Atayogera mazima
    taabeerenga mu nnyumba yange.
Omuntu alimba
    sirimuganya kwongera kubeera nange.

8 (F)Buli nkya nnaazikirizanga
    abakola ebibi bonna mu nsi,
bwe ntyo abakozi b’ebibi ne mbamalirawo ddala
    mu kibuga kya Mukama.

New International Version

Psalm 101

Of David. A psalm.

1 I will sing of your love(A) and justice;
    to you, Lord, I will sing praise.
2 I will be careful to lead a blameless life(B)—
    when will you come to me?

I will conduct the affairs(C) of my house
    with a blameless heart.
3 I will not look with approval
    on anything that is vile.(D)

I hate what faithless people do;(E)
    I will have no part in it.
4 The perverse of heart(F) shall be far from me;
    I will have nothing to do with what is evil.

5 Whoever slanders their neighbor(G) in secret,
    I will put to silence;
whoever has haughty eyes(H) and a proud heart,
    I will not tolerate.

6 My eyes will be on the faithful in the land,
    that they may dwell with me;
the one whose walk is blameless(I)
    will minister to me.

7 No one who practices deceit
    will dwell in my house;
no one who speaks falsely
    will stand in my presence.

8 Every morning(J) I will put to silence
    all the wicked(K) in the land;
I will cut off every evildoer(L)
    from the city of the Lord.(M)
