⁹ Then I said, “What are these, my ^(A)lord?” And the ^(B)angel who was speaking with me said to me, “I will show you what these are.”

¹⁹ So I said to the angel who was speaking with me, “What are these?” And he said to me, “These are the ^(A)horns that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.”

⁵ And one of the elders *said to me, “Stop weeping; behold, the ^(A)Lion that is ^(B)from the tribe of Judah, the ^(C)Root of David, has overcome so as to be able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”

¹³ Then one of the elders ^(A)responded, saying to me, “These who are clothed in the ^(B)white robes, who are they, and where have they come from?” ¹⁴ I ^[a]said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the ^(C)great tribulation, and they have ^(D)washed their robes and made them ^(E)white in the ^(F)blood of the Lamb.
