16 The survivors of all the nations that attacked Jerusalem will come up year after year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to celebrate the Feast of Booths.[a] 17 If any of the families of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, no rain shall fall upon them. 18 And should any family of Egypt fail to come up and present themselves, then upon them will fall the plague that the Lord will inflict upon those nations that fail to go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths.
