3 And Joshua was clothed in filthy garments and was standing before[a] the angel. 4 And he answered and said to the ones standing before[b] him, saying, “Remove the filthy garments from him.” And he said to him, “See, I have taken away your guilt[c] from you, and will clothe you with rich garments.” 5 And I said, “Let them put a clean headband[d] on his head.” And they put a clean headband on his head, and they clothed him with garments. And the angel of Yahweh was standing by.

New International Version
3 Now Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the angel. 4 The angel said to those who were standing before him, “Take off his filthy clothes.”
Then he said to Joshua, “See, I have taken away your sin,(A) and I will put fine garments(B) on you.”
5 Then I said, “Put a clean turban(C) on his head.” So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the Lord stood by.
