6 Yahweh’s angel protested to Joshua, saying, 7 “Yahweh of Armies says: ‘If you will walk in my ways, and if you will follow my instructions, then you also shall judge my house, and shall also keep my courts, and I will give you a place of access among these who stand by. 8 Hear now, Joshua the high priest, you and your fellows who sit before you; for they are men who are a sign: for, behold, I will bring out my servant, the Branch.

6 The angel of the Lord gave this charge to Joshua: 7 “This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘If you will walk in obedience to me and keep my requirements,(A) then you will govern my house(B) and have charge(C) of my courts, and I will give you a place among these standing here.(D)
8 “‘Listen, High Priest(E) Joshua, you and your associates seated before you, who are men symbolic(F) of things to come: I am going to bring my servant, the Branch.(G)
