Zechariah 4:8-10
International Standard Version
The Lord’s Second Charge to Zerubbabel
8 Then this message from the Lord came to me again: 9 “Zerubbabel’s hands have laid the foundation of this Temple, and his hands will finish it, so that you will know that the Lord of the Heavenly Armies has sent me to all of you. 10 For who has despised the time[a] of insignificant things? They will rejoice to see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.[b] These seven lights[c] represent the eyes of the Lord, which are looking throughout all of the earth.”

New International Version
8 Then the word of the Lord came to me: 9 “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation(A) of this temple; his hands will also complete it.(B) Then you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent me(C) to you.
10 “Who dares despise the day(D) of small things,(E) since the seven eyes(F) of the Lord that range throughout the earth will rejoice when they see the chosen capstone[a] in the hand of Zerubbabel?”(G)
