Zechariah 6:5-7

5 The angel replied to me, “These are the (A)four spirits of heaven, going forth after standing before the Lord of all the earth, 6 with one of which the black horses are going forth to the (B)north country; and the white ones go forth after them, while the dappled ones go forth to the (C)south country. 7 When the strong ones went out, they [a]were eager to go to [b](D)patrol the earth.” And He said, “Go, [c]patrol the earth.” So they [d]patrolled the earth.

New International Version
5 The angel answered me, “These are the four spirits[a](A) of heaven, going out from standing in the presence of the Lord of the whole world.(B) 6 The one with the black horses is going toward the north country, the one with the white horses toward the west,[b] and the one with the dappled horses toward the south.”
7 When the powerful horses went out, they were straining to go throughout the earth.(C) And he said, “Go throughout the earth!” So they went throughout the earth.
