12 For the seed shall be prosperous: the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew: and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.
13 And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel, so will I deliver you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.
14 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, As I thought to punish[a]you, when your fathers provoked me unto wrath, saith the Lord of hosts, and repented not,

Zechariah 8:12-14
New International Version
12 “The seed will grow well, the vine will yield its fruit,(A) the ground will produce its crops,(B) and the heavens will drop their dew.(C) I will give all these things as an inheritance(D) to the remnant of this people.(E) 13 Just as you, Judah and Israel, have been a curse[a](F) among the nations, so I will save(G) you, and you will be a blessing.[b](H) Do not be afraid,(I) but let your hands be strong.(J)”
14 This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Just as I had determined to bring disaster(K) on you and showed no pity when your ancestors angered me,” says the Lord Almighty,
