Good News Translation
2 It has not listened to the Lord or accepted his discipline. It has not put its trust in the Lord or asked for his help. 3 Its officials are like roaring lions; its judges are like hungry wolves, too greedy to leave a bone until morning. 4 The prophets are irresponsible and treacherous; the priests defile what is sacred, and twist the law of God to their own advantage.

New International Version
2 She obeys(A) no one,
she accepts no correction.(B)
She does not trust(C) in the Lord,
she does not draw near(D) to her God.
3 Her officials within her
are roaring lions;(E)
her rulers are evening wolves,(F)
who leave nothing for the morning.(G)
4 Her prophets are unprincipled;
they are treacherous people.(H)
Her priests profane the sanctuary
and do violence to the law.(I)
