13 (A)Follow (B)the pattern of (C)the sound[a] words (D)that you have heard from me, in (E)the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. 14 By the Holy Spirit (F)who dwells within us, guard (G)the good deposit entrusted to you.
15 You are aware that (H)all who are in Asia turned away from me, among whom are Phygelus and Hermogenes. 16 May the Lord grant mercy to (I)the household of Onesiphorus, for he often (J)refreshed me and was not ashamed of (K)my chains, 17 but when he arrived in Rome (L)he searched for me earnestly and found me— 18 may the Lord grant him to find mercy from the Lord on (M)that day!—and you well know all the service he (N)rendered at Ephesus.

16 The Lord give mercy unto the house of Onesiphorus; for he oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain:
17 But, when he was in Rome, he sought me out very diligently, and found me.
18 The Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou knowest very well.
