New American Standard Bible
8 But what does it say? “(A)The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, 9 [a]that (B)if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and (C)believe in your heart that (D)God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10 for with the heart a person believes, [b]resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, [c]resulting in salvation.

Amplified Bible
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word [the message, the basis] of faith which we preach—(A) 9 because if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart a person believes [in Christ as Savior] resulting in his justification [that is, being made righteous—being freed of the guilt of sin and made acceptable to God]; and with the mouth he acknowledges and confesses [his faith openly], resulting in and confirming [his] salvation.

8 But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,”[a](A) that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: 9 If you declare(B) with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,”(C) and believe(D) in your heart that God raised him from the dead,(E) you will be saved.(F) 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
