ADINO ăd’ ə nō (עֲדִינֹ֣ו). A name found in the KJV which transliterates a word in an unintelligible passage in 2 Samuel 23:8. The true reading of the passage is prob. preserved in the parallel passage (1 Chron 11:11) which the RSV here restores: “Jashobeam, an Hachmonite.”
