AHIO ə hī’ ō (אַחְיֹ֗ו, prob. brotherly). 1. Son of Abinadab and brother of Uzza (2 Sam 6:3, 4; 1 Chron 13:7). He went before the cart that carried the Ark from the house of Abinadab to Jerusalem.

2. A Benjamite; son of Elpaal (1 Chron 8:14).

3. A son of Jeiel; a brother of Kish, the father of Saul (8:31; 9:37).
