ARSIPHURITH är sĭ fu’ rĭth (̓Αρσιφουρίθ; KJV AZEPHURITH; RSV JORAH). A man whose 112 “sons” returned to Jerusalem with Zerubbabel (1 Esd 5:16). The name is omitted in Ezra and Nehemiah, but the number is the same as those mentioned with Jorah (Ezra 2:18) and Hariph (Neh 7:24).
