FAIRS (KJV rendering of עִזְבﯴנִים, H6442, wares). Occurs only in Ezekiel 27:12, 14, 16, 19, 22, 27, 33. Verse 12 mentions iron, tin, and lead “exchanged for your wares” (BDB, p. 738 has “furnished as wares”). The LXX supplies both ἀγορά, G59, “market-place,” and μισθός, G3635, “hire, pay.”
