FORECAST (חָשַׁב, H3108, meaning to think, plan). This word is used in KJV (Dan 11:24, 25) in the context of planning evil against a person. “...he shall forecast his devices against the...” and “...they shall forecast devices against...” RSV and NASB use the tr. instead “to devise against.”
