Gore

GORE (נָגַח, H5590, Qal and Piel, push, thrust at). Exodus 21:28-32 discusses laws relating to an ox that gores people. Generally, it has a military connotation of pushing away the enemy (Deut 33:17; Ps 44:5; Dan 8:4). Zedekiah fashioned horns of iron for Ahab, symbolic of irresistible weapons (1 Kings 22:11). The hithpael means to “engage in thrusting with, wage war with,” describing the unsuccessful efforts of the king of the S (Dan 11:40). Ezekiel 34:21 condemns the “fat sheep” of Israel who “thrust at” the diseased with their horns.
