KOA kō’ ə (קֹ֔ועַ). A people named with Pekod and Shoa as enemies of Jerusalem (Ezek 23:23 RSV, KJV, ASV); often mentioned in Assyrian inscrs. in the same company. They prob. lived NE of Babylonia.
