The two highest words, “Lord” (used in the Greek translation of the Old Testament for the divine name “Yahweh”), and “God,” are used together and addressed to Jesus in recognition of His glory. Jesus accepts this worship without hesitation. This is in sharp contrast to the angels who were mistakenly worshiped in Rev. 19:10; 22:9.
