1 Corinthians 14:31
Print
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn and all may be comforted.
For ye all can prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be exhorted;
For [in this way] you can all prophesy one by one, so that everyone may be instructed and everyone may be encouraged;
For in this way you can give testimony [prophesying and thus interpreting the divine will and purpose] one by one, so that all may be instructed and all may be stimulated and encouraged;
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that everyone may learn and everyone may be encouraged.
You can all prophesy one at a time so that everyone can learn and be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, with the result that all will learn something and all will be encouraged.
Let only one person speak at a time, then all of you will learn something and be encouraged.
For ye can all prophesy one by one, that all may learn and all be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy individually, in order that all may learn, and all may be exhorted.
For you may all prophesy one by one; that all may learn, and all may be exhorted:
You can all prophesy one after the other. This way everyone can be taught and encouraged.
In that way, each person can speak a message from God, one person at a time. Then everyone will learn something that helps them.
For you all can do your prophesying one at a time, so that all may learn and all may be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged,
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged,
[L For] You can all prophesy one after the other. In this way all the people can be taught and encouraged.
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may have comfort.
All of you can take your turns speaking what God has revealed. In that way, everyone will learn and be encouraged.
All of you may proclaim God's message, one by one, so that everyone will learn and be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that everyone may learn and everyone may be encouraged.
You can all prophesy one after the other. In this way all the people can be taught and encouraged.
For everyone can prophesy in turn, so that everyone can be instructed and everyone can be encouraged.
Don’t have more than two or three preachers either, while the others think over what has been said. But should a message of truth come to one who is seated, then the original speaker should stop talking. For in this way you can all have opportunity to give a message, one after the other, and everyone will learn something and everyone will have his faith stimulated. The spirit of a true preacher is under that preacher’s control, for God is not a God of disorder but of harmony, as is plain in all the churches.
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be exhorted.
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all may be exhorted.
For you are all able to prophesy in turn, in order that all may learn and all may be encouraged,
In this way all who have the gift of prophecy can speak, one after the other, and everyone will learn and be encouraged and helped.
So here’s what I want you to do. When you gather for worship, each one of you be prepared with something that will be useful for all: Sing a hymn, teach a lesson, tell a story, lead a prayer, provide an insight. If prayers are offered in tongues, two or three’s the limit, and then only if someone is present who can interpret what you’re saying. Otherwise, keep it between God and yourself. And no more than two or three speakers at a meeting, with the rest of you listening and taking it to heart. Take your turn, no one person taking over. Then each speaker gets a chance to say something special from God, and you all learn from each other. If you choose to speak, you’re also responsible for how and when you speak. When we worship the right way, God doesn’t stir us up into confusion; he brings us into harmony. This goes for all the churches—no exceptions.
For you may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn and all may be encouraged.
For in this way all will be able to prophesy one by one, with the result that all may learn and all be encouraged,
All of you can take your turns speaking what God has revealed. In that way, everyone will learn and be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all may be exhorted;
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all may be exhorted;
You can all prophesy, but one at a time, so that all may receive instruction and encouragement.
You can all prophesy one after the other. In this way all the people can be taught and encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one after another, so all can learn and be encouraged.
Those who prophesy can all take turns. In that way, everyone can be taught and be given hope.
For you can all prophesy in turn so that everyone may be instructed and encouraged.
For you can all prophesy in turn so that everyone may be instructed and encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, that all may learn and all may be encouraged.
All of you can speak God’s Word, but only one person at a time. In that way, all of you can learn and be helped.
In this way, all who prophesy will have a turn to speak, one after the other, so that everyone will learn and be encouraged.
For you may all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn, and all may have comfort.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged
You can all prophesy one by one, so that everyone can learn, and everyone can be encouraged.
For you all are able one by one to speak forth a dvar hanevu’ah (word of prophecy), in order that all may learn and receive chizzuk (strengthening).
For you may all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn, and all may be encouraged.
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged;
For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged;
For you can all prophesy one by one, so all may learn and be encouraged.
To avoid confusion and create a space where all can learn and be encouraged, let only one prophet speak at a time without interruption.
For you all can prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be exhorted.
One by one you may speak words from God. In that way, all will learn something and all will be stronger in faith.
For ye may all prophesy [For ye be able to prophesy all], each by himself, that all men learn, and all admonish.
for ye are able, one by one, all to prophesy, that all may learn, and all may be exhorted,
