1 Peter 2:4

Coming to Him as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious,
unto whom coming, a living stone, rejected indeed of men, but with God elect, precious,
Come to Him [the risen Lord] as to a living Stone which men rejected and threw away, but which is choice and precious in the sight of God.
Come to Him [then, to that] Living Stone which men tried and threw away, but which is chosen [and] precious in God’s sight.
To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
As you come to him, a living stone—rejected by people but chosen and honored by God—
Now you are coming to him as to a living stone. Even though this stone was rejected by humans, from God’s perspective it is chosen, valuable.
As you come to him, the living stone, rejected by people but chosen by God and precious to him,
Come to Jesus Christ. He is the living stone people have rejected, but which God has chosen and highly honored.
To whom coming, a living stone, cast away indeed as worthless by men, but with God chosen, precious,
... coming to Whom as the living Stone having been rejected by people, but chosen, precious with God,
Unto whom coming, as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen and made honourable by God:
The Lord Jesus is the living stone. The people of the world decided that they did not want this stone. But he is the one God chose as one of great value. So come to him.
So come to the Lord Jesus. He is like a big stone that a builder uses to build a house. But he is alive. People decided that he was not important. So they refused him. But God had chosen him. To God, Jesus is very valuable.
As you come to him, the Living Stone, rejected by men but chosen by God and precious,
As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious,
As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious,
Come to the Lord Jesus, the ·“stone” that lives [L a living stone; C Jesus is the most important stone in the spiritual temple described in v. 5]. ·The people of the world did not want this stone, but he was the stone God chose, and he was precious [L …rejected by people, but chosen and precious/valuable to God].
To whom coming as unto a living stone, disallowed of men, but chosen of God and precious,
You are coming to Christ, the living stone who was rejected by humans but was chosen as precious by God.
Come to the Lord, the living stone rejected by people as worthless but chosen by God as valuable.
Coming to Him, a living stone—rejected by men but chosen and valuable to God—
The Lord Jesus is the “stone” that lives. The people of the world did not want this stone. But he was the stone God chose. To God he was worth much. So come to him.
As you come to him, the living stone who was rejected by people but was chosen and precious in God’s sight,
To change the metaphor, you come to him, as living stones to the immensely valuable living stone (which men rejected but God chose), to be built up into a spiritual House of God, in which you, like holy priests, can offer those spiritual sacrifices which are acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. There is a passage to this effect in scripture, and it runs like this: ‘Behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, elect, precious, and he who believes on him will by no means be put to shame’.
¶ coming unto whom (is the living Stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious),
To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God,
to whom you are drawing near, a living stone rejected by men but chosen and precious in the sight of God.
Come to Christ, who is the living Foundation of Rock upon which God builds; though men have spurned him, he is very precious to God who has chosen him above all others.
Welcome to the living Stone, the source of life. The workmen took one look and threw it out; God set it in the place of honor. Present yourselves as building stones for the construction of a sanctuary vibrant with life, in which you’ll serve as holy priests offering Christ-approved lives up to God. The Scriptures provide precedent: Look! I’m setting a stone in Zion, a cornerstone in the place of honor. Whoever trusts in this stone as a foundation will never have cause to regret it. To you who trust him, he’s a Stone to be proud of, but to those who refuse to trust him, The stone the workmen threw out is now the chief foundation stone. For the untrusting it’s . . . a stone to trip over, a boulder blocking the way. They trip and fall because they refuse to obey, just as predicted.
Coming to Him as to a living stone who is rejected by men, but chosen by God and precious,
As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but chosen by God and precious,
You are coming to Christ, the living stone who was rejected by humans but was chosen as precious by God.
Come to him, a living stone, rejected by human beings but chosen and precious in the sight of God,
And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by people, but is choice and precious in the sight of God,
And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God,
Come to him, a living stone, rejected by men but chosen by God and precious.
Come to the Lord Jesus, the “stone” that lives. The people of the world did not want this stone, but he was the stone God chose, and he was precious.
So as you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but chosen and precious in God’s sight,
Christ is the living Stone. People did not accept him, but God chose him. God places the highest value on him.
As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him—
As you come to him, the living Stone – rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him –
Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious,
Come to Christ as to a living stone. Men have put Him aside, but He was chosen by God and is of great worth in the sight of God.
You are coming to Christ, who is the living cornerstone of God’s temple. He was rejected by people, but he was chosen by God for great honor.
to whom you come as to a living stone, rejected by men, but chosen by God, and precious.
Come to him, a living stone, though rejected by mortals yet chosen and precious in God’s sight, and
Come to him, a living stone, though rejected by mortals yet chosen and precious in God’s sight, and
Come to him, a living stone, though rejected by mortals yet chosen and precious in God’s sight, and
Come to him, a living stone, though rejected by mortals yet chosen and precious in God’s sight, and
Come to him, to that living stone. Humans rejected him, but God chose him and values him very highly!
Come to him [Moshiach], to that "Even Chayyah" ("Living Stone"), CHADAL ISHIM ("rejected by men" YESHAYAH 53:3; TEHILLIM 118:22; YESHAYAH 28:16) but BECHIR ("Chosen" YESHAYAH 42:1 [1:1]), and precious in the sight of Hashem.
coming to Him as to a living stone, indeed rejected by man but chosen by God and precious.
Come to him, to that living stone, rejected by men but in God’s sight chosen and precious;
Come to him, to that living stone, rejected by men but in God’s sight chosen and precious;
As you come to Him, a living stone rejected by men but chosen by God and precious,
Come to Him—the living stone—who was rejected by people but accepted by God as chosen and precious.
coming to him, a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God, precious.
Come to the Lord Jesus. He is like a living stone. People did not want to use it. But God chose it. It was worth very much to him.
And approach ye to him, that is a living stone, and reproved of men [To whom ye going nigh, a quick stone, reproved soothly of men], but chosen of God, and honoured;
to whom coming -- a living stone -- by men, indeed, having been disapproved of, but with God choice, precious,
