But the triumpher in Israel will riot spare, and will not be moved to repentance: for he is not a mail that he should repent.
The one who lives forever, the God of Israel, does not lie and will not change his mind. He is not like a man who is always changing his mind.”

Samuel said, “God has just now torn the kingdom from you, and handed it over to your neighbor, a better man than you are. Israel’s God-of-Glory doesn’t deceive and he doesn’t dither. He says what he means and means what he says.”
