1 Corinthians 2:15
Print
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged by no man.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, and he himself is judged of no man.
But the spiritual man [the spiritually mature Christian] judges all things [questions, examines and applies what the Holy Spirit reveals], yet is himself judged by no one [the unbeliever cannot judge and understand the believer’s spiritual nature].
But the spiritual man tries all things [he examines, investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all things], yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight into him].
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
The spiritual person, however, can evaluate everything, and yet he himself cannot be evaluated by anyone.
Spiritual people comprehend everything, but they themselves aren’t understood by anyone.
But the person who has the Spirit can evaluate everything, while no one is in a position to evaluate him.
People who are guided by the Spirit can make all kinds of judgments, but they cannot be judged by others.
but the spiritual discerns all things, and *he* is discerned of no one.
But the spiritual person examines all things, yet he himself is examined by no one.
But the spiritual man judgeth all things; and he himself is judged of no man.
We who have the Spirit are able to make judgments about all these things. But anyone without the Spirit is not able to make proper judgments about us.
But we have God's Spirit with us. So we can understand the true value of all things. But other people cannot truly understand us, who belong to God.
But the spiritual person evaluates all things, and he himself is evaluated by no one.
The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.
The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.
The ·spiritual person [or person with the Spirit] is able to ·judge [discern; assess] all things, but no one can ·judge [discern; assess] him. ·The Scripture says [L For]:
But he that is spiritual, discerneth all things: yet he himself is judged of no man.
Spiritual people evaluate everything but are subject to no one’s evaluation.
Whoever has the Spirit, however, is able to judge the value of everything, but no one is able to judge him.
The spiritual person, however, can evaluate everything, yet he himself cannot be evaluated by anyone.
But the spiritual person is able to judge all things. Yet no one can judge him. The Scripture says:
The spiritual person evaluates everything but is subject to no one else’s evaluation.
But the unspiritual man simply cannot accept the matters which the Spirit deals with—they just don’t make sense to him, for, after all, you must be spiritual to see spiritual things. The spiritual man, on the other hand, has an insight into the meaning of everything, though his insight may baffle the man of the world. This is because the former is sharing in God’s wisdom, and ‘Who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?’ Incredible as it may sound, we who are spiritual have the very thoughts of Christ!
But he that is spiritual discerns all things, yet he is discerned by no one.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
But he who is spiritual examines all things, yet he himself is examined by no one.
Now the spiritual person discerns all things, but he himself is judged by no one.
But the spiritual man has insight into everything, and that bothers and baffles the man of the world, who can’t understand him at all.
The unspiritual self, just as it is by nature, can’t receive the gifts of God’s Spirit. There’s no capacity for them. They seem like so much silliness. Spirit can be known only by spirit—God’s Spirit and our spirits in open communion. Spiritually alive, we have access to everything God’s Spirit is doing, and can’t be judged by unspiritual critics. Isaiah’s question, “Is there anyone around who knows God’s Spirit, anyone who knows what he is doing?” has been answered: Christ knows, and we have Christ’s Spirit. * * *
But he who is spiritual judges all things. Yet he himself is not judged by anyone.
But the spiritual person discerns · all things, and is not himself subject to anyone’s scrutiny.
Spiritual people evaluate everything but are subject to no one’s evaluation.
The spiritual person, however, can judge everything but is not subject to judgment by anyone.
But the one who is spiritual discerns all things, yet he himself is discerned by no one.
But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one.
A spiritual person discerns all things, and he is himself subject to no one else’s judgment:
The spiritual person is able to judge all things, but no one can judge him. The Scripture says:
The one who is spiritual discerns all things, yet he himself is understood by no one.
The person who has the Spirit can judge all things. But no human being can judge those who have the Spirit. It is written,
The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments,
The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments,
But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one.
The full-grown Christian understands all things, and yet he is not understood.
Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others.
But he who is spiritual evaluates all things. Yet he himself is judged by no man.
Those who are spiritual discern all things, and they are themselves subject to no one else’s scrutiny.
Those who are spiritual discern all things, and they are themselves subject to no one else’s scrutiny.
Those who are spiritual discern all things, and they are themselves subject to no one else’s scrutiny.
Those who are spiritual discern all things, and they are themselves subject to no one else’s scrutiny.
But spiritual people discern everything, while nobody else can discern the truth about them!
Now the man of the Ruach Hakodesh discerns all things, but, by no one is he discerned.
But he who is spiritual, discerns all things. Yet, he himself is judged by no one.
The spiritual man judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.
The spiritual man judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.
But the one who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is discerned by no one. For
A person who walks by the Spirit examines everything, sizing it up and seeking out truth. But no one is able to examine or size up that kind of spiritual person,
But he who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is judged by no one.
He who has the Spirit of God tests all things. But others cannot test him.
But a spiritual man deemeth all things, and he is deemed of no man.
and he who is spiritual, doth discern indeed all things, and he himself is by no one discerned;
