But Antiochus wouldn’t accept them. He broke all the agreements that he had made with Simon in the past and became like a stranger to him.
And he would not receive them, but broke all the covenant that he had made with him before, and alienated himself from him.
But Antiochus refused to accept them, canceled all the previous agreements that he had made with Simon, and became his enemy.
