As the Jews experienced the might and the fierce attack of the king’s forces, they turned away and fled.
Then they seeing the strength of the king and the fierceness of his army, turned away from them.
But when the Jews realized how strong the royal army was and how determined it was to fight, they retreated.
But when Judas’ troops saw the strength of the royal army and the ardor of its forces, they retreated from them.
When the Jews saw the strength and ferocity of the royal forces, they retreated before them.
When the Jews saw the royal might and the fierce attack of the forces, they turned away in flight.
