1 Maccabees 9:45

Look! The battle is in front of us and behind us. The water of the Jordan is on this side and on that, with marsh and thicket. There’s no place to turn.
And behold the battle is before us, and the water of the Jordan on this side and on that side, and banks, and marshes, and woods: and there is no place for us to turn aside.
The enemy is in front of us, the river is behind us, and marshes and thickets are on both sides of us; there is no way out.
The battle is before us, behind us are the waters of the Jordan, on either side of us, marsh and thickets; there is no way of escape.
In front of us the battle awaits; behind us are the waters of the Jordan on one side and marshland and thickets on the other. There is no way out.
For look! the battle is in front of us and behind us; the water of the Jordan is on this side and on that, with marsh and thicket; there is no place to turn.
For look! the battle is in front of us and behind us; the water of the Jordan is on this side and on that, with marsh and thicket; there is no place to turn.
For look! the battle is in front of us and behind us; the water of the Jordan is on this side and on that, with marsh and thicket; there is no place to turn.
For look! The battle is in front of us and behind us; the water of the Jordan is on this side and on that, with marsh and thicket; there is no place to turn.
For look! the battle is in front of us and behind us; the water of the Jordan is on this side and on that, with marsh and thicket; there is no place to turn.
For look! the battle is in front of us and behind us; the water of the Jordan is on this side and on that, with marsh and thicket; there is no place to turn.
For lo! (the) battle is even against (or before) (us); soothly the water of (the) Jordan is on this half and on that half, and rivers, and marshes, and forests [or and wild woods], and there is no place of turning away (or and there is no place for turning aside).
