And David knew that Saul secretly practiced mischief against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring hither the ephod.”
And David knew that Saul was devising mischief against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, Bring hither the ephod.
But David knew that Saul was plotting evil against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod here.”

¶ And David knew that Saul secretly practised mischief against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, Bring hither the ephod.
When David learned that Saul was plotting evil against him, he said to the priest Abiathar, “Bring the ephod.”
When David learned that Saul was planning to harm him, he told the priest Abiathar, “Bring the priestly vest now.”
David knew that Sha’ul was plotting something against him, so he told Avyatar the cohen, “Bring the ritual vest here.”
David heard about Saul's plan to capture him, and he told Abiathar, “Let's ask God what we should do.”
And when David knew that Saul devised mischief against him, he said to Abiathar the priest, Bring the ephod.
Now when David understood, that Saul secretly prepared evil against him, he said to Abiathar the priest: Bring hither the ephod.
David learned that Saul was making plans against him. David then said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod.”
Somebody told David that Saul was preparing to attack him. David said to Abiathar the priest, ‘Bring the ephod here.’
David knew that Saul was planning to harm him, so he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the special vest here.”
David knew that Saul was plotting harm against him. And he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod here.”
David knew that Saul was plotting harm against him. And he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod here.”
David learned Saul was ·making evil plans [plotting evil] against him. So he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ·holy vest [ephod].”
¶ And David having knowledge that Saul imagined mischief against him, said to Abiathar the Priest, Bring the Ephod.
When David learned that Saul was planning to harm him, he told the priest Abiathar, “Bring the ephod.”
When David heard that Saul was planning to attack him, he said to the priest Abiathar, “Bring the ephod here.”
When David learned that Saul was plotting evil against him, he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod.”

But David learned of Saul’s plan and told Abiathar the priest to bring the ephod and to ask the Lord what he should do.
But David got wind of Saul’s strategy to destroy him and said to Abiathar the priest, “Get the Ephod.” Then David prayed to God: “God of Israel, I’ve just heard that Saul plans to come to Keilah and destroy the city because of me. Will the city fathers of Keilah turn me over to him? Will Saul come down and do what I’ve heard? O God, God of Israel, tell me!” God replied, “He’s coming down.”
David found out that Saul was planning evil against him. So he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod near.”
When David learned that Saul was planning to harm him, he told the priest Abiathar, “Bring the ephod.”

When David knew that Saul plotted evil against him, he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod here.”
David knew that Saul was planning against him, so he said to Abiathar the religious leader, “Bring the linen vest here.”
But David learned of Saul’s plan and told Abiathar the priest to bring the ephod and ask the Lord what he should do.
When David learned that Saul was plotting evil against him, he said to the priest Abiathar, ‘Bring the ephod here.’

And Dovid knew that Sha’ul secretly plotted ra’ah (evil, harm) against him; and he said to Evyatar (Abiathar) HaKohen, Bring here the Ephod.
David knew that Saul was plotting evil against him; and he said to Abi′athar the priest, “Bring the ephod here.”

Now David knew that Saul was plotting evil against him, so he said to Abiathar the kohen, “Bring the ephod.”
When David heard that Saul was coming to attack him, he asked Abiathar to bring him the priestly vest so that he could ask the True God for direction.
David knew that Saul was devising mischief against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod here.”
And when David perceived, that Saul made ready evil privily to him, he said to Abiathar, the priest, Bring hither [the] ephod. (And when David understood, that Saul planned to attack him, he said to Abiathar, the priest, Bring the ephod here.)
And David knoweth that against him Saul is devising the evil, and saith unto Abiathar the priest, `Bring nigh the ephod.'
