This repulsive individual solemnly promised to the Lord (although God no longer had mercy on him), declaring that
Then this wicked man prayed to the Lord, of whom he was not like to obtain mercy.
The time of the Lord's mercy had come to an end for Antiochus, but this worthless man made the Lord a promise:
Then this vile man vowed to him who would never again show him mercy, the Sovereign Lord,
Then this vile wretch made a vow to the Lord, who would no longer have mercy on him,
Then the abominable fellow made a vow to the Lord, who would no longer have mercy on him, stating
Then the abominable fellow made a vow to the Lord, who would no longer have mercy on him, stating
Then the abominable fellow made a vow to the Lord, who would no longer have mercy on him, stating
Then the abominable fellow made a vow to the Lord, who would no longer have mercy on him, stating

Forsooth the cursed man prayed (to) the Lord of these things, of whom he should not get mercy or of whom he should get no mercy.
