And the watchman cried and told the king. And the king said, “If he be alone, there are tidings in his mouth.” And he came apace and drew near.

The lookout called down and told the king. The king said, “If he is alone, he has good news to tell.” And he came nearer and nearer.
The watchman called out and told the king. The king said, If he is alone, he has news to tell. And he came on and drew near.
And the watchman cried, and told the king. And the king said, If he be alone, there is tidings in his mouth. And he came apace, and drew near.
He called out and told the king. The king said, “If he’s alone, he bears good news.” As the first runner came closer,
The watchman called out and reported this to the king. The king said, “If he’s alone, it’s good news.” The man got nearer and nearer,
The watchman cried out and told the king. The king said, “If he’s alone, he has good news to tell.” As he ran along and came close,
and shouted down to tell David. David answered, “If he's alone, he must have some news.” The runner was getting closer,
And the watchman cried, and told the king. And the king said, If he be alone, there is news in his mouth. And he came on and drew near.
And crying out he told the king: and the king said: If he be alone, there are good tidings in his mouth. And as he was coming apace, and drawing nearer,
The watchman shouted to tell King David. King David said, “If the man is alone, he is bringing news.” The man came closer and closer to the city.
So the man on the wall shouted a message to the king, to say what he had seen. The king said, ‘If the man is alone, he is bringing good news.’ The man who was running towards the city came much nearer.
The watchman called out and told the king. The king said, “If he is alone, he is bringing good news.” The man kept coming and got closer.
The watchman called out and told the king. And the king said, “If he is alone, there is news in his mouth.” And he drew nearer and nearer.

The watchman called and alerted the king. “If he’s alone,” the king said, “he has good news to tell.” The runner continued to come closer.
He called down and told the king, and the king said, “If he is alone, he is bringing good news.” The runner kept coming closer.

So the watchman called out his news to the king. The king responded, “If he’s alone, he’s bringing some news to report.” As the man continued to draw near and approach the palace,
And the watchman cried and told the king. And the king said, If he is alone, he brings good news. And while he kept on drawing near,

David was sitting between the two gates. The sentry had gone up to the top of the gate on the wall and looked around. He saw a solitary runner. The sentry called down and told the king. The king said, “If he’s alone, it must be good news!” As the runner came closer, the sentry saw another runner and called down to the gate, “Another runner all by himself.” And the king said, “This also must be good news.”

The watchman called and alerted the king. “If he’s alone,” the king said, “he has good news to tell.” The runner continued to come closer.

He shouted to alert the king, and David responded. David: If he is alone, he comes with good news. As the messenger drew near,

But while he hasted, and nighed near, (and the watchman cried aloud, and told the king. And the king said to himself, If he is alone, then he hath good news. But while he hastened, and drew near,)
And the watchman calleth, and declareth to the king, and the king saith, `If by himself, tidings [are] in his mouth;' and he cometh, coming on and drawing near.
