I have sent him unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your state and comfort your hearts,
whom I have sent unto you for this very purpose, that ye may know our state, and that he may comfort your hearts;
I have sent him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are doing and that he may encourage your hearts;
I have sent him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are faring and that he may comfort and cheer and encourage your hearts.
Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
I have sent him to you for this very purpose, so that you may know how we are and so that he may encourage your hearts.
This is why I sent him to you, so that you’ll know all about us and so he can encourage your hearts.
I have sent him to you for this very reason — so that you might know how we are, and so that he might encourage you.
I am sending him to cheer you up by telling you how we are getting along.
whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that he might know your state, and that he might encourage your hearts:
whom I sent to you for this very reason— in order that you may know the things concerning us and he may encourage your hearts—
Whom I have sent to you for this same purpose, that he may know the things that concern you, and comfort your hearts,
That is why I am sending him. I want you to know how we are, and I am sending him to encourage you.
I want him to tell you what is happening to us, so that you will feel stronger. That is the reason why I am sending him to you.

I am sending him to you for this very reason, so that you may know how we are doing and that he may encourage your hearts.
Tychicus (a well-loved brother, a faithful minister and a fellow-servant of the Lord) will tell you all about my present circumstances. This is partly why I am sending him to you. The other reasons are that you may find out how we are all getting on, and that he may put new heart into you. With him is Onesimus one of your own congregation (well-loved and faithful, too). Between them they will tell you of conditions and activities here.
whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your affairs and comfort your hearts,
Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know about our circumstances and that he may encourage your hearts;
whom I have sent to you for this very reason, in order that you may know our circumstances and he may encourage your hearts,
I have sent him on this special trip just to see how you are and to comfort and encourage you.
My good friend Tychicus will tell you all about me. He’s a trusted minister and companion in the service of the Master. I’ve sent him to you so that you would know how things are with us, and so he could encourage you in your faith. And I’ve sent Onesimus with him. Onesimus is one of you, and has become such a trusted and dear brother! Together they’ll bring you up-to-date on everything that has been going on here.
I have sent him to you for this very purpose, that he might know your circumstances and comfort your hearts,
I am sending him to you for this express purpose, that you may know how we are and that he may encourage · your hearts.
