Deuteronomy 18:21
Print
And if thou say in thine heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken?’—
And if thou say in thy heart, How shall we know the word which Jehovah hath not spoken?
If you say in your heart, ‘How will we know and recognize the word which the Lord has not spoken?’
And if you say in your [minds and] hearts, How shall we know which words the Lord has not spoken?
And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken?
You may say to yourself, ‘How can we recognize a message the Lord has not spoken?’
Now, you might be wondering, How will we know which word God hasn’t spoken?
You may be wondering, ‘How are we to know if a word has not been spoken by Adonai?’
You may be asking yourselves, “How can we tell if a prophet's message really comes from the Lord?”
And if thou say in thy heart, How shall we know the word that Jehovah hath not spoken?
And if in silent thought thou answer: How shall I know the word that the Lord hath not spoken?
You might be thinking, ‘How can we know if something a prophet says is not from the Lord?’
You may say to yourselves, ‘How can we know when a message has not come from the Lord?’
What if you ask yourselves, “How can we know that the Lord has not spoken that word?”
And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word that the Lord has not spoken?’—
And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word that the Lord has not spoken?’—
You might be ·thinking [L saying in your heart/mind], “How can we know if a message is not from the Lord?”
And if thou think in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken?
You may be wondering, “How can we recognize that the Lord didn’t speak this message?”
“You may wonder how you can tell when a prophet's message does not come from the Lord.
You may say to yourself, ‘How can we recognize a message the Lord has not spoken?’
You might be thinking, “How can we know if a message is not from the Lord?”
Now you may ask yourselves, ‘How will we be able to discern that the Lord has not spoken?’
And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?
And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken?
And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken?
Now you may say in your heart, ‘How will we know the word which Yahweh has not spoken?’
And if you say to yourself, ‘How can we know the word that Yahweh has not spoken to him?’
If you wonder, ‘How shall we know whether the prophecy is from the Lord or not?’
You may be wondering among yourselves, “How can we tell the difference, whether it was God who spoke or not?” Here’s how: If what the prophet spoke in God’s name doesn’t happen, then obviously God wasn’t behind it; the prophet made it up. Forget about him. * * *
And you may say in your heart, “How can we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?”
You may be wondering, “How can we recognize that Yahweh didn’t speak this message?”
Should you say to yourselves, “How can we recognize that a word is one the Lord has not spoken?”,
And if you say in your heart, ‘How will we recognize the word which the Lord has not spoken?’
You may say in your heart, ‘How will we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’
You might say to yourself, “How can we know that the Lord did not speak the message?”
You might be thinking, “How can we know if a message is not from the Lord?”
Now if you say to yourselves, ‘How can we tell that a message is not from the Lord?’—
You will say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message hasn’t been spoken by the Lord?”
You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?”
You may say to yourselves, ‘How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?’
And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’—
You may say to yourselves, ‘How can we know which words the Lord has not spoken?’
“But you may wonder, ‘How will we know whether or not a prophecy is from the Lord?’
You may say to yourself, ‘How can we recognize a word that the Lord has not spoken?’
You may say to yourself, ‘How can we recognize a word that the Lord has not spoken?’
You may say to yourself, “How can we recognize a word that the Lord has not spoken?”
You may say to yourself, ‘How can we recognize a word that the Lord has not spoken?’
And if thou say in thine lev, How shall we know the word which Hashem hath not spoken?
And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’—
And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’—
“Now should you say in your heart, ‘How would we recognize the word that Adonai has not spoken?’
Now you may be wondering, “How will we recognize something He hasn’t commanded a prophet to say?”
You may say in your heart, “How shall we know the word which Yahweh has not spoken?”
That if thou answerest by privy thought, How may I understand the word, which the Lord spake not? (And if thou ask within thyselves, How can we know that the Lord did not speak this word?)
`And when thou sayest in thy heart, How do we know the word which Jehovah hath not spoken? --
