Deuteronomy 28:23
And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.
And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.
The heaven which is over your head shall be bronze [giving no rain and blocking all prayers], and the earth which is under you, iron [hard to plow and yielding no produce].
The heavens over your head shall be brass and the earth under you shall be iron.
And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.
The sky above you will be bronze, and the earth beneath you iron.
The sky over your head will be as hard as bronze; the earth under your feet will be like iron.
“The sky over your head will be brass and the earth under you iron.
The Lord will send terrible diseases to attack you, and you will never be well again. You will suffer with burning fever and swelling and pain until you die somewhere in the land that you captured. The Lord will make the sky overhead seem like a bronze roof that keeps out the rain, and the ground under your feet will become as hard as iron. Your crops will be scorched by the hot east wind or ruined by mildew.
And thy heavens which are over thy head shall be brass, and the earth which is under thee, iron.
Be the heaven, that is over thee, of brass: and the ground thou treadest on, of iron.
There will be no clouds in the sky—the sky will look like polished brass. And the ground under you will be hard like iron.
There will be no clouds in the sky above to give any rain. The ground under your feet will be as hard as iron.
The skies over your head will become bronze, and the earth under you will become iron.
And the heavens over your head shall be bronze, and the earth under you shall be iron.
And the heavens over your head shall be bronze, and the earth under you shall be iron.
The ·sky [heavens] above will be like bronze [C giving no rain], and the ground below will be like iron [1 Kin. 17:1].
And thine heaven that is over thine head, shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee, iron.

No rain will fall, and your ground will become as hard as iron.
The sky above you will be bronze, and the earth beneath you iron.

“The heavens above you will be as unyielding as bronze, and the earth beneath will be as iron.
The sky over your head will become an iron roof, the ground under your feet, a slab of concrete. From out of the skies God will rain ash and dust down on you until you suffocate.
The heavens which are over your head will be bronze, and the earth that is under you will be iron.
The sky above will look like bronze, and the ground below will be as hard as iron.

The skies overhead will be like a bronze shield that no rain can penetrate, and the land beneath your feet will be like iron that no seeds can sprout through.
Your sky that is over your head will be bronze, and the earth that is under you will be iron.
Heaven, that is above thee, be it brazen; and the earth, that thou treadest on, be it iron. (The heavens, that be above thee, shall become as hard as brass; and the earth, which thou treadest upon, shall become as hard as iron.)
