Genesis 31:30

And now, though thou wouldest be gone, because thou sorely longed after thy father’s house, yet why hast thou stolen my gods?”
And now, though thou wouldest needs be gone, because thou sore longedst after thy father’s house, yet wherefore hast thou stolen my gods?
Now [I suppose] you felt you must go because you were homesick for your father’s house and family; but why did you steal my [household] gods?”
And now you felt you must go because you were homesick for your father’s house, but why did you steal my [household] gods?
And now, though thou wouldest needs be gone, because thou sore longedst after thy father’s house, yet wherefore hast thou stolen my gods?
Now you have gone off because you long for your father’s family—but why have you stolen my gods?”
You’ve rushed off now because you missed your father’s household so much, but why did you steal my gods?”
Granted that you had to leave, because you longed so deeply for your father’s house; but why did you steal my gods?”
I can understand why you were eager to return to your father, but why did you have to steal my idols?
And now that thou must needs be gone, because thou greatly longedst after thy father's house, why hast thou stolen my gods?
Suppose thou didst desire to go to thy friends, and hadst a longing after thy father's house: why hast thou stolen away my gods?
I know that you want to go back to your home. That is why you left. But why did you steal the gods from my house?”
I know that you want very much to return to your father's house. That is why you have left my home. But why did you take my idols?’
But even if you were so eager to leave because of your strong desire to return to your father’s house, why have you stolen my gods?”
And now you have gone away because you longed greatly for your father's house, but why did you steal my gods?”
And now you have gone away because you longed greatly for your father's house, but why did you steal my gods?”
I know you want to go back to ·your home [L the house of your father], but why did you steal my ·idols [L gods; 31:19]?”
Now though thou wentest thy way, because thou greatly longedst after thy father’s house, yet wherefore hast thou stolen my gods?
Now you have left for your father’s home because you were so homesick. But why did you steal my gods?”
I know that you left because you were so anxious to get back home, but why did you steal my household gods?”
Now you have gone off because you long for your father—but why have you stolen my gods?”
I know you want to go back to your home. But why did you steal my idols?”
Now, you can go if you must go, because you certainly are longing to go to your father’s house. But why did you steal my gods?”
And now, that thou art leaving, because thy desire is after thy father’s house, yet why hast thou stolen my gods?
And now, though thou wouldest needs be gone, because thou sore longedst after thy father's house, yet wherefore hast thou stolen my gods?
And now, though thou wouldest needs be gone, because thou sore longedst after thy father’s house, yet wherefore hast thou stolen my gods?
So now you have indeed gone away because you longed greatly for your father’s house; but why did you steal my gods?”
Now, you have surely gone because you desperately longed for the house of your father, but why did you steal my gods?”
But see here—though you feel you must go, and long so intensely for your childhood home—why have you stolen my idols?”
“What do you mean,” said Laban, “by keeping me in the dark and sneaking off, hauling my daughters off like prisoners of war? Why did you run off like a thief in the night? Why didn’t you tell me? Why, I would have sent you off with a great celebration—music, timbrels, flutes! But you wouldn’t permit me so much as a kiss for my daughters and grandchildren. It was a stupid thing for you to do. If I had a mind to, I could destroy you right now, but the God of your father spoke to me last night, ‘Be careful what you do to Jacob, whether good or bad.’ I understand. You left because you were homesick. But why did you steal my household gods?”
Now you surely have gone away because you longed desperately after your father’s house, yet why have you stolen my gods?”
Now you have left for your father’s home because you were so homesick. But why did you steal my gods?”
Granted that you had to leave because you were longing for your father’s house, why did you steal my gods?”
Now you have indeed gone away because you longed greatly for your father’s house; but why did you steal my gods?”
Now you have indeed gone away because you longed greatly for your father’s house; but why did you steal my gods?”
I realize that you left because you were homesick for the house of your father, but why have you robbed my household idols?”
I know you want to go back to your home, but why did you steal my idols?”
Now I understand that you have gone away because you longed desperately for your father’s house. Yet why did you steal my gods?”
Now you have run away. You longed to go back to your father’s home. But why did you have to steal the statues of my gods?”
Now you have gone off because you longed to return to your father’s household. But why did you steal my gods?”
Now you have gone off because you longed to return to your father’s household. But why did you steal my gods?’
And now you have surely gone because you greatly long for your father’s house, but why did you steal my gods?”
Now you have gone away because you had a desire for your father’s house. But why did you steal my gods?”
I can understand your feeling that you must go, and your intense longing for your father’s home. But why have you stolen my gods?”
Even though you had to go because you longed greatly for your father’s house, why did you steal my gods?’
Even though you had to go because you longed greatly for your father’s house, why did you steal my gods?’
Even though you had to go because you longed greatly for your father’s house, why did you steal my gods?”
Even though you had to go because you longed greatly for your father’s house, why did you steal my gods?”
And now, though thou had to go, because thou greatly longedst after bais avicha, yet why hast thou stolen elohai?
And now you have gone away because you longed greatly for your father’s house, but why did you steal my gods?”
And now you have gone away because you longed greatly for your father’s house, but why did you steal my gods?”
So now, when you up and left because you really missed your father’s house, why did you steal my gods?”
Now you have left because you missed your father’s household—I can understand that—but why did you have to steal my family gods?
Now, you want to be gone, because you greatly longed for your father’s house, but why have you stolen my gods?”
Suppose, if thou covetedest to go to thy kinsmen, and the house of thy father was in desire to thee, why hast thou stolen my gods? (And even if thou covetedest to go to thy kinsmen, and thou desiredest to return to thy father’s house, why hast thou stolen my household gods?)
`And now, thou hast certainly gone, because thou hast been very desirous for the house of thy father; why hast thou stolen my gods?'
