The king questioned the two men and hanged them. Then the king ordered a record of the event to be placed in the royal archive to remember Mordecai’s loyalty.
He investigated the two eunuchs and hanged them. Then the king ordered a memorandum to be deposited in the royal library in praise of the goodwill shown by Mordecai.
He investigated the two eunuchs and hanged them. Then the king ordered that a record commemorating Mordecai’s goodwill be deposited in the royal archive.
When the affair was investigated and found to be so, the men were both hanged on the gallows. And it was recorded in the Book of the Chronicles in the presence of the king.
