The king asked Haman, “What should I do for a person whom I really want to honor?” Haman thought to himself, Whom would the king really want to honor, except me?
Then the king said to Haman, ‘What shall I do for the person whom I wish to honour?’ And Haman said to himself, ‘Whom would the king wish to honour more than me?’
Then the king said to Haman, “What shall I do for the person whom I wish to honor?” And Haman said to himself, “Whom would the king wish to honor more than me?”
So Haman came in, and the king said to him, “What shall be done to the man whom the king delights to honor?” And Haman said to himself, “Whom would the king delight to honor more than me?”
