What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? “That the Lord hath founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall trust in it.”
What then shall one answer the messengers of the nation? That Jehovah hath founded Zion, and in her shall the afflicted of his people take refuge.
“Then what answer will one give the messengers of the [Philistine] nation? That the Lord has founded Zion, And the afflicted of His people will seek and find refuge in it.”
What then shall one answer the messengers of the [Philistine] nation? That the Lord has founded Zion, and in her shall the poor and afflicted of His people trust and find refuge.
What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That the Lord hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it.
What answer will be given to the messengers from that nation? The Lord has founded Zion, and his oppressed people find refuge in her.
What will one say to that nation’s messengers? The Lord has founded Zion; the oppressed among God’s people will find refuge there.
And what is one to answer the messengers of the nation? That Adonai founded Tziyon, and there the poor of his people will find refuge.
If a messenger comes from a distant nation, you must say: “The Lord built Zion. Even the poorest of his people will find safety there.”
And what shall be answered to the messengers of the nation? That Jehovah hath founded Zion, and the afflicted of his people find refuge in it.
And what shall be answered to the messengers of the nations? That the Lord hath founded Sion, and the poor of his people shall hope in him.
But what will the messengers from that nation report about us? They will say, “The Lord made Zion strong, and his poor people went there for safety.”
When a foreign nation sends a message, what should we say? Say that the Lord has made Zion very strong. When his people have trouble, they will be safe there.
What answer will they give to the messengers from that nation? The Lord has established Zion, and the afflicted people will take refuge in her.
What will one answer the messengers of the nation? “The Lord has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people find refuge.”
What will one answer the messengers of the nation? “The Lord has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people find refuge.”
What shall we tell the messengers ·from Philistia [L of the nation]? Say that the Lord has made ·Jerusalem [L Zion; C the location of the Temple] strong and that his ·poor [oppressed; afflicted] people will go there for ·safety [refuge].
What shall then one answer the messengers of the Gentiles? that the Lord hath stablished Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it.
How should we answer the messengers from the nations? ⌞Tell them that⌟ the Lord has laid Zion’s foundation, and his humble people will find refuge in it.
How shall we answer the messengers that come to us from Philistia? We will tell them that the Lord has established Zion and that his suffering people will find safety there.
What answer will be given to the messengers from that nation? The Lord has founded Zion, and His afflicted people find refuge in her.
What shall we tell the messengers from Philistia? Say that the Lord has made Jerusalem strong. Say that his poor people will go there for safety.
How will they answer the messengers of the nation? “The Lord has founded Zion, and in it the afflicted among his people will find refuge.”

What then shall we tell the reporters? Tell them that the Lord has founded Jerusalem and is determined that the poor of his people will find a refuge within her walls.
What does one say to outsiders who ask questions? Tell them, “God has established Zion. Those in need and in trouble find refuge in her.”
What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That the Lord has founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall trust in it.
How should we answer the messengers from the nations? Tell them that Yahweh has laid Zion’s foundation, and his humble people will find refuge in it.
What will one answer the messengers of the nations? “The Lord has established Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people find refuge.”

What answer should be given to the messengers from that nation? Tell them, ‘The Lord has made Zion secure. His suffering people will find safety there.’ ”
What answer shall be given to the envoys of that nation? “The Lord has established Zion, and in her his afflicted people will find refuge.”

What answer will be given to the men sent by the nation? That the Lord is the builder of Zion, and it will be a safe place for His people who are poor and troubled.”
What should we tell the Philistine messengers? Tell them, “The Lord has built Jerusalem; its walls will give refuge to his oppressed people.”
What will one answer the messengers of the nation? ‘The Lord has founded Zion, and the needy among his people will find refuge in her.’

So, how do we answer the ambassadors of the nations? The Eternal has made Zion what it is— And His humbled and afflicted people will find shelter there.
What will they answer the messengers of the nation? That Yahweh has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people will take refuge.
And what shall be answered to the messengers of [the] folk? for the Lord hath founded Zion, and the poor men of his people shall hope in him. (And what shall be answered to the messengers of the nation? that the Lord hath founded Zion, and that the poor among his people shall have hope there.)
And what doth one answer the messengers of a nation? `That Jehovah hath founded Zion, And in it do the poor of His people trust!'
