“Keep silence before Me, O islands, and let the people renew their strength; let them come near, then let them speak; let us come near together to judgment.
Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the peoples renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak; let us come near together to judgment.
“Listen to Me in silence, you islands and coastlands, And let the nations gain their strength; Let them come near, then let them speak; Let us come together for judgment [and decide the issue between us concerning the enemy from the east].
Listen in silence before Me, O islands and regions bordering on the sea! And let the people gather and renew their strength [for the argument; let them offer their strongest arguments]! Let them come near, then let them speak; let us come near together for judgment [and decide the point at issue between us concerning the enemy advancing from the east].
Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak: let us come near together to judgment.
“Be silent before me, coasts and islands! And let peoples renew their strength. Let them approach; let them testify; let’s come together for the trial.
Be quiet before me, coastlands. Let the nations renew their strength. Let them approach and speak. Let’s draw near for a judgment.
“Keep silence before me, coastlands! Let the peoples replenish their strength! Let them approach; then let them speak. Let us assemble for judgment.”
Be silent and listen, every island in the sea. Have courage and come near, every one of you nations. Let's settle this matter!

The Lord says, “Faraway countries, be quiet and listen to me! Nations be brave. Come to me and speak. We will meet together and decide who is right.
‘You islands, be quiet as you listen to me. The nations need to come and stand in front of me. So they must be brave and speak to me. We must meet together to decide who is right.
Prepare to present your case to me, you coastlands, and let the peoples renew their strength. Let them come near. Yes, let them say, “We will gather together for the verdict.”

The Lord says, “·Faraway countries [or Coastlands; or Islands], listen to me. Let the nations ·become strong [renew their strength]. ·Come to me [Approach] and speak; ·we will [or let us] meet together ·to decide who is right [for judgment/or debate].

“Quiet down, far-flung ocean islands. Listen! Sit down and rest, everyone. Recover your strength. Gather around me. Say what’s on your heart. Together let’s decide what’s right.

The Lord says, “People who live on the islands, come and stand quietly in front of me. Let the nations gain new strength in order to state their case. Let them come forward and speak. Let us go to court and find out who is right.

Eternal One: Keep quiet and listen to Me, lands along the seacoast; give the people of the nations a chance to regain their strength. Let them come close, all together, to speak their minds and present their case; let’s consider the facts and make a judgment.
