Isaiah 9:9

And all the people shall know—even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria” that say in the pride and stoutness of heart:
And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in pride and in stoutness of heart,
And all the people know it, That is, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria [its capital], Who say in pride and arrogance of heart:
And all the people shall know it—even Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria [its capital]—who said in pride and stoutness of heart,
And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart,
All the people— Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria—will know it. They will say with pride and arrogance,
the people all knew it— Ephraim and the one who rules in Samaria. But with a proud and arrogant heart they said,
“The bricks have fallen, but we will rebuild with cut stone; the sycamore-fig trees have been chopped down, but we will replace them with cedars.”
and all of them knew it, including everyone in the capital city of Samaria. But they were proud and stubborn and said,
And all the people shall know [it], Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in pride and stoutness of heart,
And all the people of Ephraim shall know, and the inhabitants of Samaria that say in the pride and haughtiness of their heart:
So all the people in Ephraim, including the ruler in Samaria, learned their lesson. Those people are very proud and boastful now. They say,
All the people who live in Ephraim and in the city of Samaria know about it. But they are proud and they boast,
All the people will know, including Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, who say with pride and with an arrogant heart,
and all the people will know, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, who say in pride and in arrogance of heart:
and all the people will know, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, who say in pride and in arrogance of heart:
Then everyone in Israel, even ·the leaders [L Ephraim and those living] in Samaria, will know that God has sent it. Those people are proud and ·brag [L arrogant of heart] by saying,
And all the people shall know, even Ephraim, and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and presumption of their heart,
All the people of Ephraim and the people who live in Samaria will know it. With arrogant and conceited hearts they will say,
All the people of Israel, everyone who lives in the city of Samaria, will know that he has done this. Now they are proud and arrogant. They say,
All the people— Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria—will know it. They will say with pride and arrogance:
Then everyone in Israel, even the leaders in Samaria, will know that God punished them. Those people, who are proud and who brag now, say this:
and all of the people were evil— Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria— saying proudly with arrogant hearts:
And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in pride and arrogance of heart,
And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart,
And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart,
And all the people know it, That is, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, Saying in lofty pride and in arrogance of heart:
And all of the people knew it, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria in pride and arrogance of heart, saying,
The Lord has spoken out against that braggart Israel who says that though our land lies in ruins now, we will rebuild it better than before. The sycamore trees are cut down, but we will replace them with cedars!
The Master sent a message against Jacob. It landed right on Israel’s doorstep. All the people soon heard the message, Ephraim and the citizens of Samaria. But they were a proud and arrogant bunch. They dismissed the message, saying, “Things aren’t that bad. We can handle anything that comes. If our buildings are knocked down, we’ll rebuild them bigger and finer. If our forests are cut down, we’ll replant them with finer trees.”
All the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, who say in the pride and stoutness of heart,
All the people of Ephraim and the people who live in Samaria will know it. With arrogant and conceited hearts they will say,
“Bricks have fallen, but we will rebuild with cut stone; Sycamores have been felled, but we will replace them with cedars.”
And all the people know it, That is, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, Asserting in pride and in arrogance of heart:
And all the people know it, That is, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, Asserting in pride and in arrogance of heart:
“The bricks have fallen down, but we will rebuild with dressed stones. The sycamores have been cut down, but we will replace them with cedars.”
Then everyone in Israel, even the leaders in Samaria, will know that God has sent it. Those people are proud and brag by saying,
All the people were aware of it, the people of Ephraim and those living in Samaria. Yet with pride and an arrogant attitude, they said,
All the people will know about it. Ephraim’s people and those who live in Samaria will know about it. Their hearts are very proud. They say,
All the people will know it— Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria— who say with pride and arrogance of heart,
All the people will know it – Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria – who say with pride and arrogance of heart,
All the people will know— Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria— Who say in pride and arrogance of heart:
And all the people will know it, that is, Ephraim and the people of Samaria. They say with a proud spirit in their hearts,
And the people of Israel and Samaria, who spoke with such pride and arrogance, will soon know it.
and all the people knew it— Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria— but in pride and arrogance of heart they said:
and all the people knew it— Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria— but in pride and arrogance of heart they said:
and all the people knew it— Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria— but in pride and arrogance of heart they said:
and all the people knew it— Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria— but in pride and arrogance of heart they said:
And all HaAm shall know it, even Ephrayim and the inhabitant of Shomron, that say in the ga’avah (pride) and haughtiness levav (of heart),
and all the people will know, E′phraim and the inhabitants of Samar′ia, who say in pride and in arrogance of heart:
and all the people will know, E′phraim and the inhabitants of Samar′ia, who say in pride and in arrogance of heart:
“The bricks are fallen, but we will rebuild with cut stones. The sycamores are cut down, but we will replace them with cedars.”
All the people of Ephraim and the citizens of its capital Samaria will know. In their pride and arrogance they say:
All the people will know, including Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, who say in pride and in arrogance of heart,
And all the people of Ephraim shall know, and they that dwell in Samaria (and they who live in Samaria), saying in the pride and greatness of heart,
And the people have known -- all of it, Ephraim, and the inhabitant of Samaria, In pride and in greatness of heart, saying,
