“Also Edom shall be a desolation; every one that goeth by it shall be astonished and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.
And Edom shall become an astonishment: every one that passeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.
“Edom will become an object of horror; everyone who goes by it will be astonished and shall hiss [scornfully] at all its plagues and disasters.
And Edom shall be an astonishment and a horror; everyone who goes by it shall be astonished and shall hiss with horror at all its plagues and disasters.
Also Edom shall be a desolation: every one that goeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.
“Edom will become a desolation. Everyone who passes by her will be appalled and scoff because of all her wounds.
Then Edom will become a wasteland. All who pass by will be shocked by its injuries.
Edom will become an object of horror; everyone passing by will whistle in astonishment at all its disasters.
People passing by your country will be shocked and horrified to see a disaster

“Edom will be destroyed. People will be shocked to see the destroyed cities. They will whistle from amazement at the destroyed cities.
‘People will see how disgusting Edom is. Everybody who goes there will be very surprised. They will see all the terrible trouble that has happened to the nation, and they will insult it.
Edom will become a horror. Everyone who passes by it will be shocked, and they will hiss because of all its disasters.
“Edom shall become a horror. Everyone who passes by it will be horrified and will hiss because of all its disasters.

“Edom will end up trash. Stinking, despicable trash. A wonder of the world in reverse. She’ll join Sodom and Gomorrah and their neighbors in the sewers of history.” God says so. “No one will live there, no mortal soul move in there.

“People of Edom, all those who pass by you will be shocked. They will make fun of you because of all your wounds.
