Jeremiah 3:11
And the Lord said unto me, “The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
And Jehovah said unto me, Backsliding Israel hath showed herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel has proved herself less guilty than treacherous Judah [a land of renegades].
And the Lord said to me, Backsliding and faithless Israel has shown herself less guilty than false and treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
The Lord announced to me, “Unfaithful Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
Then the Lord said to me: Unfaithful Israel is less guilty than disloyal Judah.
Then Adonai said to me, “Backsliding Isra’el has proved herself more righteous than unfaithful Y’hudah.
Even the people of Israel were honest enough not to pretend.
And Jehovah said unto me, Backsliding Israel hath shewn herself more just than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said to me: The rebellious Israel hath justified her soul, in comparison of the treacherous Juda.
The Lord said to me, “Israel was not faithful to me, but she had a better excuse than unfaithful Judah.
The Lord said to me, ‘It is true that Israel's people have not been faithful to me. But Judah's people are even more guilty than them.
Then the Lord said to me: Unfaithful Israel is more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
The Lord said to me, “·Unfaithful [Apostate] Israel ·had a better excuse [L is more righteous] than ·wicked [traitorous; treacherous] Judah.
And the Lord said unto me, The rebellious Israel hath justified herself more than the rebellious Judah.
Then the Lord said to me, “Unfaithful Israel was less guilty than treacherous Judah.
Then the Lord told me that, even though Israel had turned away from him, she had proved to be better than unfaithful Judah.
The Lord announced to me, “Unfaithful Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
The Lord said to me, “Unfaithful Israel had a better excuse than wicked Judah.
Then the Lord told me, “Unfaithful Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the LORD said unto me, The rebellious Israel has justified her soul in comparison to the treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
And Yahweh said to me, “Faithless Israel has proved herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
Then Yahweh said to me, “Apostate Israel has proved herself more upright than treacherous Judah.
In fact, faithless Israel is less guilty than treacherous Judah!
Then God told me, “Fickle Israel was a good sight better than flighty Judah. Go and preach this message. Face north toward Israel and say: “‘Turn back, fickle Israel. I’m not just hanging back to punish you. I’m committed in love to you. My anger doesn’t seethe nonstop. Just admit your guilt. Admit your God-defiance. Admit to your promiscuous life with casual partners, pulling strangers into the sex-and-religion groves While turning a deaf ear to me.’” God’s Decree. “Come back, wandering children!” God’s Decree. “I, yes I, am your true husband. I’ll pick you out one by one— This one from the city, these two from the country— and bring you to Zion. I’ll give you good shepherd-rulers who rule my way, who rule you with intelligence and wisdom.
The Lord said to me: Backsliding Israel has proved herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
Then Yahweh said to me, “Unfaithful Israel was less guilty than treacherous Judah.
Then the Lord said to me: Rebel Israel is more just than traitor Judah.
And the Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel has proved herself to be more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel has proved herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
Then the Lord said to me: Compared with the traitorous Judah, faithless Israel has proved to be less guilty.
The Lord said to me, “Unfaithful Israel had a better excuse than wicked Judah.
Then the Lord said to me, “Under the circumstances, wayward Israel could even be considered less guilty than unfaithful Judah.
The Lord said to me, “Israel and Judah have not been faithful to me. But Israel was not as bad as Judah was.
The Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel is more righteous than unfaithful Judah.
The Lord said to me, ‘Faithless Israel is more righteous than unfaithful Judah.
Then the Lord said to me, “Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said to me, “Israel, who has not been faithful, has shown herself more right and good than Judah who could not be trusted.
Then the Lord said to me, “Even faithless Israel is less guilty than treacherous Judah!
Then the Lord said to me: Faithless Israel has shown herself less guilty than false Judah.
Then the Lord said to me: Faithless Israel has shown herself less guilty than false Judah.
Then the Lord said to me: Faithless Israel has shown herself less guilty than false Judah.
Then the Lord said to me: Faithless Israel has shown herself less guilty than false Judah.
And Hashem said unto me, Meshuvah Yisroel hath come nearer to justifying herself than treacherous Yehudah.
And the Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel has shown herself less guilty than false Judah.
And the Lord said to me, “Faithless Israel has shown herself less guilty than false Judah.
Then Adonai said to me, “Backsliding Israel has proved herself more righteous than unfaithful Judah.
(to Jeremiah) Despite her faithlessness, Israel has proven to be more righteous than her deceitful sister, Judah.
Yahweh said to me, “Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said to me, The adversary, Israel, hath justified her soul, in comparison of Judah, breaker of the law. (And the Lord said to me, My adversary, Israel, hath justified her soul, in comparison to Judah, the law-breaker.)
And Jehovah saith unto me: `Justified herself hath backsliding Israel, More than treacherous Judah.
