“He that fleeth from the fear shall fall into the pit, and he that getteth up out of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for I will bring upon it, even upon Moab, the year of their visitation,” saith the Lord.

If you are terrified and run, you will fall into a pit; and if you crawl out of the pit, you'll get caught in a trap. The time has come for you to be punished. I, the Lord, have spoken.

Anyone who runs away from danger, will fall into a deep hole. And a trap will catch anyone who climbs out of the deep hole. Yes, the time will soon come when I will punish Moab's people.
Whoever flees from the panic will fall into the pit. Whoever gets out of the pit will be trapped in the snare, for I will bring on Moab the year of their punishment, says the Lord.

“Terror and pit and trap are what you have facing you, Moab.” God’s Decree. “A man running in terror will fall into a trap. A man climbing out of a pit will be caught in a trap. This is my agenda for Moab on doomsday.” God’s Decree.

Eternal One: If you run from the terror, you will fall into a pit. If you climb out of the pit, you will be caught in a trap. There is no escape, for I will bring these disasters against Moab; the year of their judgment has come at last.

Whoso is fleeing because of the fear falleth into the snare, And whoso is coming up from the snare is captured by the gin, For I bring in unto her -- unto Moab -- The year of their inspection, An affirmation of Jehovah.
