on the left hand where He doth work, but I cannot behold Him; He hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see Him.

To the left (north) He turns, but I cannot behold Him; He turns to the right hand (south), but I cannot see Him.
On the left hand [and to the north] where He works [I seek Him], but I cannot behold Him; He turns Himself to the right hand [and to the south], but I cannot see Him.
On the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot behold him: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him:
When he is at work to the north, I cannot see him; when he turns south, I cannot find him.
north in his activity, and I don’t grasp him; he turns south, and I don’t see.
if I turn north, I don’t spot him; in the south he is veiled, and I still don’t see him.
to my left or my right. God is always at work, though I never see him.
On the left hand, where he doth work, but I behold [him] not; he hideth himself on the right hand, and I see [him] not.
If to the left hand, what shall I do? I shall not take hold on him: if I turn myself to the right hand, I shall not see him.
When he is working in the north, I don’t see him. When he turns to the south, I still don’t see him.
When he does his work in the north, I do not see him. When he moves to the south, I still cannot find him anywhere.
When he is at work in the north, I do not detect him. When he turns to the south, I do not see him.

If to the North where he worketh, yet I cannot see him: he will hide himself in the South, and I cannot behold him.

God has been at work in the North and the South, but still I have not seen him.

if I go to the left side, what shall I do? I shall not take (hold of) him (I shall not catch him); if I turn me to the right side, I shall not see him.
[To] the left in His working -- and I see not, He is covered [on] the right, and I behold not.
