Joshua held a meeting with the men of the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and East Manasseh, and he told them:

At the same time Josue called the Rubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasses,
Then Joshua called a meeting of all the people from the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and half the tribe of Manasseh.

1 Reuben, Gad, and the half tribe of Manasseh are sent again to their possessions. 10 They build an altar for a memorial. 15 The Israelites reprove them. 21 Their answer for defense of the same. Then Joshua called the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh,

Joshua now called together the troops from the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh,
Then Joshua called together the Reubenites, Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh. He said: “You have carried out everything Moses the servant of God commanded you, and you have obediently done everything I have commanded you. All this time and right down to this very day you have not abandoned your brothers; you’ve shouldered the task laid on you by God, your God. And now God, your God, has given rest to your brothers just as he promised them. You’re now free to go back to your homes, the country of your inheritance that Moses the servant of God gave you on the other side of the Jordan. Only this: Be vigilant in keeping the Commandment and The Revelation that Moses the servant of God laid on you: Love God, your God, walk in all his ways, do what he’s commanded, embrace him, serve him with everything you are and have.”

It was time for Joshua to discharge the tribes whose land was east of the Jordan, and they came before him—the tribes of Reuben and Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh.
Then Joshua called the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh,
In the same time Joshua called the men of Reuben, and the men of Gad, and half the lineage of Manasseh, (At that time Joshua called the men of Reuben, and the men of Gad, and the eastern half of the tribe of Manasseh,)
Then Joshua calleth for the Reubenite, and for the Gadite, and for the half of the tribe of Manasseh,
