“Lord God of heaven, look at their arrogance and have mercy on our nation in its humble state. Look favorably this day upon those who have been dedicated to you.”
Then Ozias, after the assembly was broken up, received him into his house, and made him a great supper.
O Lord God of heaven, look how our boastful enemies have humiliated your people! Have pity on us and help us.
“Lord, God of heaven, look at their arrogance! Have mercy on our people in their abject state, and look with favor this day on the faces of those who are consecrated to you.”
“O Lord, God of heaven, behold their arrogance. Have pity on our people in their humiliation, and look kindly this day on those who are consecrated to you.”
‘O Lord God of heaven, see their arrogance, and have pity on our people in their humiliation, and look kindly today on the faces of those who are consecrated to you.’
‘O Lord God of heaven, see their arrogance, and have pity on our people in their humiliation, and look kindly today on the faces of those who are consecrated to you.’
“O Lord God of heaven, see their arrogance, and have pity on our people in their humiliation, and look kindly today on the faces of those who are consecrated to you.”
“O Lord God of heaven, see their arrogance, and have pity on our people in their humiliation, and look kindly today on the faces of those who are consecrated to you.”
“O Lord God of heaven, behold their arrogance, and have pity on the humiliation of our people, and look this day upon the faces of those who are consecrated to thee.”
“O Lord God of heaven, behold their arrogance, and have pity on the humiliation of our people, and look this day upon the faces of those who are consecrated to thee.”
Then after that this council was ended, Ozias, the chief priest, received Achior into his house, and made a great supper to (or for) him. [Then Ozias, the council ended, took him into his house, and made a great supper.]
