“‘Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart. Thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not let sin come upon him.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thy heart: thou shalt surely rebuke thy neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.
‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart; you may most certainly rebuke your neighbor, but shall not incur sin because of him.
You shall not hate your brother in your heart; but you shall surely rebuke your neighbor, lest you incur sin because of him.
¶ Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
“Do not harbor hatred against your brother. Rebuke your neighbor directly, and you will not incur guilt because of him.
You must not hate your fellow Israelite in your heart. Rebuke your fellow Israelite strongly, so you don’t become responsible for his sin.
“‘Do not hate your brother in your heart, but rebuke your neighbor frankly, so that you won’t carry sin because of him.
Don't hold grudges. On the other hand, it's wrong not to correct someone who needs correcting.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thy heart; thou shalt earnestly rebuke thy neighbour, lest thou bear sin on account of him.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thy heart, but reprove him openly, lest thou incur sin through him.
“Don’t secretly hate any of your neighbors. But tell them openly what they have done wrong so that you will not be just as guilty of sin as they are.
You must not think bad thoughts about another person. A person may do something that is wrong. You must tell him that he is doing a wrong thing. If you do, you will not be a part of the wrong thing.
You shall not hate a fellow Israelite in your heart. You must openly rebuke your fellow citizen so that you do not become responsible for his sin.
“You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but you shall reason frankly with your neighbor, lest you incur sin because of him.
“You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but you shall reason frankly with your neighbour, lest you incur sin because of him.
“‘You must not hate your ·fellow citizen [brother] in your heart. ·If your ·neighbor [countryman] does something wrong, tell him about it [L You must reprove your brother], or you will be partly to blame.
¶ Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart, but thou shalt plainly rebuke thy neighbor, and suffer him not to sin.
“Never hate another Israelite. Be sure to correct your neighbor so that you will not be guilty of sinning along with him.
“Do not bear a grudge against others, but settle your differences with them, so that you will not commit a sin because of them.
“You must not harbor hatred against your brother. Rebuke your neighbor directly, and you will not incur guilt because of him.
“‘You must not hate your brother in your heart. If your neighbor does something wrong, tell him about it. If you do not, you will be partly to blame.
“You are not to hate your relative in your heart. Rebuke your neighbor if you must, but you are not to incur guilt on account of him.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart; thou shalt rebuke thy neighbour in sincerity, that thou not bear sin for him.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart; you may surely reprove your neighbor, and so not bear sin because of him.
“‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart; you shall surely rebuke your fellow citizen, so that you do not incur sin along with him.
“Don’t hate your brother. Rebuke anyone who sins; don’t let him get away with it, or you will be equally guilty.
“Don’t secretly hate your neighbor. If you have something against him, get it out into the open; otherwise you are an accomplice in his guilt.
You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely reason honestly with your neighbor, and not suffer sin because of him.
“Never hate another Israelite. Be sure to correct your neighbor so that you will not be guilty of sinning along with him.
You shall not hate any of your kindred in your heart. Reprove your neighbor openly so that you do not incur sin because of that person.
‘You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may certainly rebuke your neighbor, but you are not to incur sin because of him.
‘You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may surely reprove your neighbor, but shall not incur sin because of him.
“You shall not hate your brother in your heart, nor shall you rebuke your brother in any way, lest you bear sin because of him.
“‘You must not hate your fellow citizen in your heart. If your neighbor does something wrong, tell him about it, or you will be partly to blame.
You must not hate your brother in your heart. You must surely reprove your fellow citizen so that you do not incur sin on account of him.
